School Affairs Division of Secretary's Office

The university establishes a Secretariat, appointing a Chief Secretary, as directed by the President, to handle various comprehensive affairs, management of examinations, internal control, internal auditing, evaluation-related tasks, academic research and development, and media resources. The Chief Secretary may be appointed by the President from associate professors or higher-ranking faculty members or by staff members. The Secretariat is divided into the First Division, School Affairs Division, Academic Research Center and Alumni Affairs Division. Eeach led by a Division Head (Director) and supported by several staff members. The Division Head (Director) may also be held by associate professors or higher-ranking teaching or research personnel, or by staff members.
